Services

We provide complete custom metal fabrication using modern manufacturing technologies – from laser cutting and CNC bending to welding, metalworking and industrial painting. Tailor-made solutions for every project.

What We Do

From individual components to fully assembled units. For most projects, we can handle multiple manufacturing processes under one roof.

Manufacturing

We manufacture steel and aluminium structures, agricultural machinery and equipment, conveyors, and other assembled units according to customer documentation. We manage the entire production process, from individual parts to final assembly.

Welding

We provide MIG/MAG welding services and are certified according to EN 1090. We weld structural steels S235, S355 and S460MC using modern KEMPPI welding equipment, as well as aluminium alloys AlMg3 and AlSi0.5 with pulse welding technology.

Metalworking

We offer laser cutting, CNC press brake bending up to 230 tonnes and 3,150 mm, steel profile rolling, sheet rolling up to 4 mm thickness, and sheet shearing up to 6 mm thickness.

Turning & Milling

To complete manufactured parts, we also provide conventional turning and milling services. Ideal for small production runs, component modifications and complementary machining operations.

Painting

We carry out conventional wet painting in our own heated spray booth equipped with extraction. With dimensions of 10 × 5 × 4.5 m, it allows us to finish projects without unnecessary transport between suppliers.

Subcontracting

As part of complete projects, we can also arrange waterjet cutting, plasma and flame cutting for material over 25 mm, hot-dip and electro-galvanizing, powder coating, annealing, hardening, heat treatment and abrasive blasting.

How We Work

Four simple steps from your enquiry to the finished product – with clear communication and reliable delivery times.

1

Send Us Your Requirements

Provide your technical drawings, part specifications or simply describe your project.

2

Technology Review

We evaluate the material, dimensions, tolerances and manufacturing options, including any additional processes.

3

Proposal & Quotation

We prepare the technical solution, production schedule and commercial offer.

4

Production & Delivery

We manufacture, inspect and prepare your order for collection or shipment.

Machinery & Technology

We continuously invest in modern manufacturing technologies that enable us to process steel, stainless steel and aluminium in a wide range of dimensions and material thicknesses. Our production is based primarily on TRUMPF CNC technology, complemented by specialised deburring equipment and additional processing machines. This allows us to keep most manufacturing operations under one roof.

TRUMPF TruLaser 3030-L95 Fiber

We operate a high-performance TRUMPF TruLaser 3030-L95 Fiber laser cutting machine. Combined with our experienced programmers and operators, it enables us to meet a wide range of laser cutting requirements. With 6 kW of laser power and a working area of 1,500 × 3,000 mm, it delivers outstanding performance.

  • Laser power: 6 kW
  • Working area: 1,500 × 3,000 mm
  • Mild steel: up to 25 mm
  • Stainless steel: up to 25 mm
  • Aluminium: up to 25 mm
  • Copper & brass: up to 10 mm

ROTOLAS Tube Processing

The laser is equipped with the ROTOLAS system for cutting round tubes and square or rectangular hollow sections. This enables us to produce highly accurate profile components for welding, assembly and structural fabrication.

  • Maximum cutting diameter: 350 mm
  • Maximum workpiece length: 3 m
  • Maximum bar length: 6 m

RWT BSM 1100 RDA Deburring Machine

After laser cutting, parts can be processed on our RWT BSM 1100 RDA deburring machine. We can deburr the cut pieces, round off the edges, remove excess scale or slag from the cutting process, or grind the surface This ensures cleaner components ready for welding, assembly or subsequent manufacturing operations.

  • Maximum workpiece size: 1,100 × 3,000 mm

TruBend 5230 Press Brake

The TruBend 5230 is used for bending laser-cut parts and sheet metal where high bending force and precision are required for larger components.

  • Maximum bending length: 3,000 mm
  • Maximum press force: 230 t

TruBend 7050 Press Brake

The TruBend 7050 complements our bending capacity for smaller, high-precision components. Together with the TruBend 5230, it enables us to efficiently process a wide variety of sheet metal parts.

  • Maximum bending length: 1,500 mm
  • Maximum press force: 50 t
